About Deb

I am an Educator, Negotiator, and Project Manager for the most important investment of your life....Real Estate. I became a Realtor in 2000. My 50+ years living in the Raleigh area has provided me with a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. I am honest, patient, personable, and responsive to my clients needs. I work with all ages and stages, from the first time home buyer, to the upsizing family, to the baby boomer or senior who is transitioning into retirement and beyond. I have earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and have an Executive Certificate in Home Modification (ECHM). Together with my years as an Occupational Therapist, I am skilled to help clients thrive as they age-in-place. I have a wealth of vetted service professionals to assist with any needed home repair, as well as attorney, lender, and insurance service recommendations. I am thrilled to work with my son as a team member of the Adam Lindsay Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Executive, located in the thriving Glenwood South area of downtown Raleigh. Together we can handle any residential real estate need including Buyers, Sellers, Investors, New Construction and Senior Transitions.

In my free time I enjoy golf, music, hiking, Pilates, and traveling. I have traveled many places in the US, and Europe; my next trip will be to Costa Rica! I am a dog-lover, having a Yorkie Poo, and being grandma to two Golden Doodles. In addition, I rescued a 2-day old kitten found abandoned in my backyard (now thriving as a member of our family).
